ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (AMC)

At Water Resource Technologies, we provide comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Services for Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants to ensure reliable plant performance, minimize unexpected breakdowns and maintain treatment systems in efficient operating condition throughout the contract period.

Our AMC services are available for Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plants, Ultrafiltration (UF) Systems, Water Softening Plants, Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Systems and other water treatment facilities.

Under an AMC, our technical team carries out scheduled plant inspections, preventive maintenance, equipment health checks, troubleshooting and performance monitoring at defined intervals. Major equipment such as pumps, motors, air blowers, dosing systems, aeration systems, filters, membranes, valves, piping networks, electrical panels and instrumentation is inspected to identify potential issues before they result in major breakdowns.

Preventive maintenance activities are planned according to equipment condition, operating hours and plant requirements. Our team checks mechanical and electrical components, leakage, abnormal noise or vibration, pressure and flow conditions, filter performance, membrane condition and other important operating parameters.

We also provide technical troubleshooting and breakdown support to identify operational or equipment-related problems and recommend suitable corrective actions. Where required, replacement of worn-out components, consumables or spare parts can be recommended to restore and maintain reliable plant operation.
